Hey World--Discover Something New

Hi everyone, this is my second posting and I’m dying to tell you about Peruvian cuisine. It is in it’s infant stage in the way Peruvian restaurants are opening up–but lets face it we’re starving for something new and remarkable. Ceviche put Peruvian food on the map but there is so much more (which will be addressed later). What could be more healthy and delicious then fresh slivers of fish marinated in lemon and lime juice with ground up peppers from Peru, that are as flavorful as they are spicy. It’s also incredibly healthy. As owner of Lima’s Taste I will swell with pride when describing and sharing about the food. I’m also going to tell you about what it is like to run a restaurant on Christopher Street–one of the last places on earth where anything goes and no one bats an eye–it is a glorious monument to a vanishing New York.
